(Could give 4.5 stars. Some items a little pricey). For the most part I can always find what I'm looking for. Best part is the knowledge and willingness of the staff to help customers. I've never been disappointed by their courtesy or knowledge about their products.

The staff is always helpful. The selection isn't the greatest, but I usually find something that meets the requirement. Prices are a little higher than the big box store, but I'm happy to support a small business.

Great phone help finding a particular Rust-Oleum paint color and holding them until I could get there. Also family friendly in the store.

Purchased a Bullfrog Spa in 2021, Very loud while the spa is operating. Service rep. Came to evaluate. He told me "there is the problem your electrician did not remove that bolt" really electrician is supposed to remove a motor mount bolt that has nothing to due with electrical hook up. Next God be with you when have to put the control panel cover back on. Not an easy task. When you have to bleed the spa after draining then refill the spa you are in my prayers. GOOD LUCK!!! shall I go on and on? I can but I wont. My advise if you are considering a bullfrog spa DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you do good luck you will need it. One last thing to consider. The company that services the spas for ace is not a ace owned company. They are independently contracted. They are useless. The staff at ace agrees with me on that one. GOO LUCK only reason for the one star is because there is not option for a zero
